Hello and thanks for stopping by! Today is the October Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop, featuring projects made with an Autumn or Halloween theme. I’ve had this design idea in my mind for some time, thinking about adding a little squirrel to an autumn wreath design. Pulling together a few stamp sets and some color choices, I’m excited to share with you my idea.
Autumn Wreath Design
measurements for this project
Whisper White Thick card stock card base: 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
Crumb Cake panel: 4″ x 5 1/4″
Sahara Sand & Whisper White cardstock scraps
Foxy Friends + Falling For Leaves
Foxy Friends is not a new stamp set but it’s a great one. Often times I match up a new set with something well loves, as done in this project. To get a few tones of color to our little squirrel friend, I stamped the images with Sahara Sand ink onto Sahara Sand cardstock, then sponged the edges with Soft Suede. The Fox Builder Punch made it a jif to assemble this fine fellow.
