Hello and thanks for stopping by today! Today is the July Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop, featuring projects that are created from a card kit or a kit companion from the catalog. So, what do you do with a stamp set from a kit…. after the kit is all stamped and mailed out? I’m not letting go of the Lots of Happy card kit‘s stamp set until I can’t use it anymore, I like it that much!!

Lots of Happy card kit
This month’s June Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop was a great opportunity for me to ink up this set. Florals are an iconic image that suits itself to many different themed projects. The floral spray in this stamp set says vintage to me. Paired with the new Stitched Seasons Framelits with the double stitched look, it’s perfection.
This project comes to life for me with the details. I stamped the florals with Soft Sea Foam, positioning them partially under the die cut window and partially showing through the opening. Once stamped, I colored them with Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers and then added Soft Suede with a Sponge Dauber for the vintage, shabby chic design.
