Hello and thanks for stopping by to check out today’s new papercraft project. This week the WWYS Challenge is stamping with Country Home stamp set. The look of these images is trendy with the farmhouse chic designs and hand-lettered sentiments. The group of floral filler seems to be made just for this piece of Festive Farmhouse DSP and the double z fold box card.

Country Home stamp set with it’s open lined images is a great opportunity to get in a bit of coloring. Knowing i would enjoy filling in these pretty stamped images, I then imagined them is this fancy fold card design from Addinktive Designs. I’ve included a link above to the tutorial page, so you can get to the design if you like.
Here are a few tips for creating this project:
Adding to the “country feel” but keeping it a clean design, I added the shiny side of the Chicken Wire Elements to the bridge area. Creating a strip from the piece was easy by snipping away the piece I wanted to feature and leaving the remainder of the panel in place. Now I can use the rest of the chicken wire in another project.
The wood paneled look in Festive Farmhouse DSP works great as a background! It does’t compete with the other focal points yet it holds a nice interest in the design.
The sentiment is cut out with one of the ovals from Stitched Shapes Framelits dies, and carries a homey feel.
Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items, at no additional cost to you, as well. Thank you for your support with your purchase.
Having more ways to create a focal point on your project can make a project work for you. I hope you like this project and will come back to visit often! Thanks for stopping by today.
