Ribbon of Courage support card | with Video

Hello and thanks for stopping by today! If you didn’t already know, I am a hand stitcher from way back. Cross stitch, embroidery, hand sewing onto anything… From childhoold, my parents supported their children’s hobbies and creativity and sewing was something big for me. When old enough, my grandmother taught me to work with yarn and my love of crochet began. Support of the theme of this project today. Ribbon of Courage stamp set does it right.

Support ribbons are one way to draw attention to a specific cause that is close to your heart. I’m thankful to have support in my life and am eager to lend it to others as well. The beautiful words in this set are amazing! Gorgeous fonts are very attractive placed onto a handmade card and help to make my designs pleasing and bring smiles.

Silver Embossing Paste

How are you for getting messy fingers? I like to play with technique in many of my projects and the new Silver Embossing Paste does not disappoint. I used one of the Palette Knives to apply a thin layer and helped it dry gently with the low setting of a heat gun. Paired with a stencil or decorative mask and then fussy cut, this pretty silver rose is ready to place in a project.
