Jar of Love and Flowers with Video for #GDP092

Jar of Love

This week at Global Design Project, there is a CASE challenge. The idea is to get inspiration from a designer’s card to create in your new project. I am using the Jar of Love stamp set in my project today.

Jar of Love

There have been many cards I have created with Jar of Love stamp set. Drawing inspiration from Steffi’s card was a big help to get me from point A to Z. The colors are kept simple to allow the Mini Gold Sequins to shine bright. With the scattering of sequins, the eye is drawn up away from the jar.

The new Layered Leaves Dynamic Embossing Folder lends a lot of texture to the eye and to touch.  The white heat embossing helps the flowers to blend in with the white space of the design. The jar being stamped in a muted color  also helps it to let the sequins shine. This was a fun card to assemble, imagine changing the color scheme!
