Pretty Kitty card for #WWYS 119 with Video

Pretty Kitty

Cuteness alert! Using techniques can help in making a success of your handmade card. There are so many ways to use our stamp pads and patterned paper, that it can get over complicated very easy. If you have ever wanted to create a background with a special look, then I hope you like this card. For today’s project, I am bringing attention to a different way to create an interesting background. This week at the What Will You Stamp challenge, we are stamping with Pretty Kitty stamp set. Be sure to go over to the page and check out all of the Design Team’s cards this week and if you are up to a challenge…. add a photo of your card as well!

Unique Background

To create a unique look, I chose to use a piece of Color Theory DSP in the background. The look of color division can set the tone for an easy design for the receiver of your card. Keeping the color combos natural will keep the design in the same avenue. My kids are drawn to this card and I love seeing the big smile on their faces!

Pretty Kitty

Pretty Kitty stamp set is the perfect tool for making a card for a cat lover. The cat images work well to help to bring the message to the forefront. Versatility with the stamps and the sentiments is the best asset of Pretty Kitty and a good tool to keep on hand. And the cuteness factor is great!
