Watercolor Note Card
Watercoloring is an easy way to bring a flush of color to embellish a card. Used on the front or inside the card, watercolor images are striking and can help to create the unique look of your signature design. Today we look at a way to create simple color coordination through watercolor pencils, with no-fail results. Add Watercolor Pencils to your project and you can have a fun craft that can be taken on the road for a relaxing moment.
Feathery Friends Host Stamp
One package of Watercolor Pencils help take the guess work out of choosing colors that give success. With this coloring tool , Stampin Up has paired colors that coordinate with each other. Whether two colors or an entire pack are used together, they work. Feathery Friends stamp set is perfect for a watercoloring. With the whimsical images, the work is done and it’s time to have fun choosing the colors and shades we like best.
Note Cards & Watercolor Pencils
Stampin’ Up’s set of Note Cards & Envelopes are made from a heavy enough paper to handle watercolor pencils. An Aqua painter or wet paint brush works well to activate the color. Once wet, the color spreads over the surface of the paper.
The bird was first stamped directly onto the Note Card with Archival ink. Once colored and dry, the Note Card can be folded and is ready to send to your loved one.
