Simple cameo styled card for #GDP080

This week, the Global Design Project challenge is CASE’ing Design Team member, Louise Sharp. The idea is to create a card design that is inspired by her featured card and use it in a card project.  To view the projects for this challenge, please visit the Global Design Project page by clicking here.

Interpreting a design can go in many different directions. When choosing the components for this project, the sentiment medallion reminded me of a cameo broach. Playing on that idea, I chose to give a white on white embossed look with a stamp from Love & Affection stamp set. I used white embossing powder on the white oval die cut and it has a nice raised feel and look. Unfortunately it does not show up well on camera.
