Basket of Thoughts & Wishes

During the month of November, I featured the stamp set Basket of Wishes. This is one of the cards I featured as a free card kit! If you purchased the stamp from Stampin’ Up with my Host code, you received the kit to make this card.

The Basket of Wishes set is very versatile. Here is a card that can be sent to either male or female, at any time of the year. That is invaluable to me as a crafter, as I always need cards that are not too “girlie”. There is subtle texture in the Rich Razzleberry Square with tone on tone paper, ink and ribbon. Using these tones together lends the illusion of depth that pulls the eye around the card.

The colors I used were rich and gender neutral. What could you fill the basket with, instead of gourds? Could a cute puppy stamp fit nicely inside? Springtime cardmaking will have great possibilities with this stamp set. This card measures finished at 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2′ .

Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items as well. Thank you for your support with your purchase 🙂

Thank you for stopping by the blog today. I hope you took advantage of getting this card kit for free last month. This stamp set will go a long way! I’m glad we could make it together 🙂
