Sympathy card using Serene Scenery

Today I bring you a sympathy card. I never like making these cards, for the obvious reason. It’s not a happy occasion that I am sharing in someone’s life. Instead, I am sharing in grief. I certainly want to share a card with them, so to make this easier to deal with I choose to make them simple and quick.


Nice and peaceful images with a clear message work best for me. Using a piece of Designer Paper is a perfect solution for this situation. I chose to make panels and layer them with complimentary colors. The layout is very easy to duplicate as well!


I added the clear droplets using the Fine Tip Glue Pen. Once dried, they become hard and adhere nicely to the card. The Perfect White enamel dots also work great to get the same effect.
